Seoul Food On The Go

After living in Korea for a decade, founder Dennis Kang relocated back to Columbus, Ohio, to be with his family when the pandemic started. During the quarantine, he played with different recipes for tteokbokki and kimbap, two of his favorite foods to eat while in Korea. Having always had a passion for cooking and wanting to own a restaurant, Seoul Food On The Go was created offering the classic takes on the spicy rice cake dish and the seaweed rice rolls, as well as their modernized versions. Dennis brought a taste of Korean comfort street food to Columbus for all people to enjoy without having to travel half-way around the world. At the Bubbly Hall, we would offer additional street foods and increase the number of varieties of tteokbokki and kimbap.
